Do I have to order every week

A: Nope. Order whenever it fits your schedule. Every EPDA order still counts toward the give-back.

“Will my food be fresh?”


Yes. All meals are prepared fresh by Your Fresh Kitchen and properly chilled for safe transport. You simply heat and eat.

How long will my food be good for?

We recommend eating the meals within 5 days of the pack date

When are meals available

We offer home delivery Sun/Mon/Weds/Thurs. In store pick up Sun-Thurs We also offer complimentary studio drop off on Mondays and Thursdays
