Because our meals are prepared fresh to order and perishable, we cannot accept returns once they leave our store or are delivered.
If there is an error with your order (missing item, incorrect item, or quality concern), please contact us at [your email/phone] within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Verified errors will be corrected with either a replacement meal or a store credit.

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed up until 12:00 PM the day prior to pickup or delivery.

After that cutoff, we have already begun preparing your meals and cannot provide a refund.
