By placing an order with Your Fresh Kitchen’s Prepped by Fresh, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM the day prior for next-day pickup or delivery.

  • Payment is due at checkout via our secure online platform.

Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders will automatically renew based on your chosen frequency.

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time before the order cutoff (12:00 PM the day prior).

Pickup & Delivery

  • In-store pickup is available Sunday 11 AM–3 PM and Monday–Friday 11 AM–5 PM.

  • Home delivery ($7.95 fee) is available Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.

Food Safety

  • Meals should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt.

  • We are not responsible for meals left unattended after pickup or delivery.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are only issued as described in our Refund Policy.

  • Credits or replacements may be provided at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

  • Prepped by Fresh is not responsible for allergic reactions. Ingredient and allergen information is provided but cross-contamination risks may exist.

  • By consuming our products, you agree to hold Prepped by Fresh harmless from any claims related to food handling once the order is picked up or delivered.
